Terms and Conditions

• By paying the deposit for any Web Solution Project with h1SKS Web Design Essex Studios you are agreeing to all h1SKS Web Design Essex Studios Terms and Conditions and entering a contract.
• h1SKS Web Design Essex Studios provides a free website homepage to all potential customers.
• All website images, designs, and templates belong to h1SKS Web Design Essex Studios and may not be used elsewhere unless the design was originally owned by the customer and imported into the h1SKS Web Design Essex Studios system.
• Any content supplied to h1SKS Web Design Essex Studios must be copyrighted and it is down to the client to ensure so.
• A non refundable deposit of 10% is required after website design agreement with customer unless otherwise stated.
• Remaining payment must follow h1SKS Web Design Essex Studios Website Workflow Plan for the client otherwise this incurs delays to website project scheduled completion. h1SKS is not liable for this.
• Final payment will be invoiced after website completion.
• Website release only takes place after the clients acceptance and payment.
• Website acceptance is confirmed by final payment from the customer.
• h1SKS Web Design Essex Studios will provide the service to the customer for the period that is paid for in advance. If this is not possible a refund for the remaining period of the hosting service will be refunded only.
• All site content must be submitted to h1SKS Web Design Essex Studios before development is scheduled. Agreed completion schedules are dependant on this submission by customer.
• On page & off page seo work does not guarantee ranking.
• By purchasing any of the hosting services, the client is deemed to be authorising GoDaddy to use credit/debit card for repeat payment where applicable, until such time as the service is cancelled.
• h1SKS Web Design Essex Studios reserve the right to terminate any accounts, at any time, as deemed by h1SKS Web Design Essex Studios staff, where the user has made inappropriate or unreasonable use of any of the h1SKS Web Design Essex Studios services.
• h1SKS Web Design Essex Studios take no responsibility for any information loaded to our customers accounts or servers. We do not have the time or inclination to police your data. If it is brought to our attention, by the proper authorities we will suspend service on accounts or servers, until any illegal data is removed.
• h1SKS Web Design Essex Studios is not responsible for any interruption of service, and accepts no liability for any loss of services, sales or any other form of loss.
• We reserve the right to refuse to serve the materials of any existing user making inappropriate or unreasonable use of h1SKS Web Design Essex Studios services or an applicant whose planned web presence activities are deemed to have the potential of creating negative impact on h1SKS Web Design Essex Studios abilities to serve its customers.
• Inappropriate or unreasonable includes providing copyrighted, materials without authorization, providing obscene or offensive, materials (e.g. pornographic materials), providing materials, whose nature and/or volume compromises the ability of h1SKS Web Design Essex Studios servers to serve other users' web presence, materials that violate the commonly accepted etiquette of the Internet or providing materials that are deemed by the government authorities as inappropriate or illegal. Any such government determinations will be binding on the user, not h1SKS Web Design Essex Studios.

This policy is only implemented in extreme circumstances and is intended to prevent the misuse of our servers. Customers may be offered an option whereby h1SKS Web Design Essex Studios continues hosting the website for an additional fee.
• The customer will fully indentify h1SKS Web Design Essex Studios against liability (of any nature), which may befall h1SKS Web Design Essex Studios as a result of the customers legal of illegal use of the services. h1SKS Web Design Essex Studios do not provide refunds in cases of abuse.
• h1SKS Web Design Essex Studios will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. h1SKS Web Design Essex Studios makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. h1SKS Web Design Essex Studios disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. • Website design revisions / alterations. All design work is based on the information we receive from the client, we do not offer free design revisions after website release unless stated on the package.
• Website cancellations require 30 days notice, cancellation requests must be submitted via email.
• h1SKS Web Design Essex Studios reserves the right to change package options and pricing at anytime and without notice.
• h1SKS Web Design Essex Studios reserves the right to alter these terms of conditions at anytime and without notice.
